Armstrong Computing provides comprehensive technical support and maintenance services to Atlanta area small business customers.  We support a variety of small businesses, including attorneys, realtors, dental practices and non-profit agencies.  Our services include:

• Comprehensive remote and onsite support of Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows Small Business Server, Windows Vista/XP, and Microsoft Office 2003/2007.  
• Administration of Windows Server 2003/2008 Active Directory networks, including user and group permissions, server backups, performance monitoring and tuning, and network printing.   
• Upgrades to server and workstation hardware, data migrations, application and network performance optimization.
• Web Development and Web Hosting
• DHCP, DNS, and VPN configuration and management; network hardware installation and troubleshooting, including routers, switches, and wireless equipment.

For small businesses that only need occasional support, our pay as you go plan may be the best solution to meet your needs and budget.  Our standard hourly rate is $100/hour for on-site support.

We also offer service contracts which carry 12-month minimum term commitments but can substantially reduce hourly rates.  All support contracts include on-site and telephone/email support, together with Remote Desktop Management services.

If your organization has non-profit status, you are eligible for a 30% discount on our hourly rates.
